SPR# JCDS7FZT57 - Under certain circumstances, ccSTRLen would underreport the length of a string. This caused memory overwrites when the length was used to allocate memory into which to copy the string. A fix for a different problem has eliminated this problem, which is no longer seen in 8.5.2
